Under his leadership, Unearthed Films introduced the controversial Japanese Guinea Pig series to North American audiences. Biro directed and wrote entries in the American Guinea Pig series, including Bouquet of Guts and Gore (2014) and The Song of Solomon (2017). He is also an author, with works like Hellucination, a memoir exploring his spiritual journey influenced by hallucinogens.
