Biographie

Bandido is a Mexican masked professional wrestler signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW), who also competes for Ring of Honor (ROH) and Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL). Since debuting in 2011, he has become a prominent international wrestler, combining the speed and athleticism of lucha libre with an unusually power-based style.

A fourth-generation wrestler, Bandido is the son of Apóstol Jr., the brother of AAA wrestler Myzteziz Jr. and the cousin of Magia Blanca. Before becoming Bandido in 2016, he wrestled as Magnífico II and Cielito on the Mexican independent scene. He later began working internationally for promotions including Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA), Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG), PROGRESS Wrestling and New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW). He won PWG's Battle of Los Angeles in 2019 and ROH's Survival of the Fittest in 2021, and was ranked No. 16 in the Pro Wrestling Illustrated (PWI) 500 in 2025.

Throughout his career, Bandido has held the PWG World Championship, The Crash Cruiserweight and Tag Team Championships, PROGRESS Tag Team Championship and ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship. In 2021, he defeated Rush to become ROH World Champion for the first time, then won the championship for a second time by defeating Chris Jericho in a Title vs. Mask match at Dynasty in April 2025. He later formed Brodido with Brody King, winning the AEW World Tag Team Championship in 2025 before joining Adam Page to capture the AEW World Trios Championship in 2026.
